What’s Covered
Every MOISI piece is handcrafted with precision and care. We stand behind the integrity of our craftsmanship for life. Your warranty covers manufacturing or craftsmanship defects — such as loose
prongs, misaligned settings, or faulty soldering — and our moissanite brilliance guarantee: our stones will never cloud, dull, or lose their fire. If any of these issues occur, we’ll repair or replace your piece at
no cost.
What’s Not Covered
While we stand behind our work, certain situations fall outside warranty protection: normal wear and
tear (including small scratches or dulling of metal over time), damage from accidents or improper care,
lost stones caused by force or impact, alterations or repairs by third-party jewelers, and loss or theft.
Our Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
Shipping, Duties & Taxes
We’ll cover all shipping costs related to verified warranty repairs. Any import duties or taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
How to Request Service

2. Assessment — our team will gently assess your piece to confirm eligibility and provide next steps.
3. Repair or Replacement — depending on the finding, your item will be restored or replaced.
4. Return Delivery — once your jewelry is perfected again, it’s shipped back to you fully insured.
