Shipping policy

Every MOISI piece is crafted to order — a reflection of slow, deliberate artistry. Once your design has been approved, production typically takes 3–4 weeks, followed by secure, insured delivery.

We offer complimentary express worldwide shipping on all orders. Each parcel is fully insured until it reaches your delivery address.

If you require your order sooner, priority production may be available for an additional $200 fee, reducing crafting time to approximately 2 weeks, depending on the design.

Delivery Timeframes:
Production — 3–4 weeks after CAD approval
Priority production — ~2 weeks (subject to approval & design complexity)
Delivery — 3–7 business days depending on destination and courier.

Shipping time begins once production is complete. Tracking details will be emailed automatically.

Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer. If duties or taxes are not paid and the parcel is returned, all associated costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Insurance & Responsibility:
Every shipment is fully insured until safely delivered. In case of loss or damage in transit, contact us immediately to initiate a claim.

Address Accuracy:
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MOISI is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Re-delivery fees apply.

Additional Services:
Shipping for resizing, repairs, or Buy-Back Guarantee is the customer’s responsibility. We cover shipping only for verified warranty claims.

All Sales Final:
All MOISI pieces are made to order and non-refundable after CAD approval.
