Every MOISI piece is made exclusively for you — crafted to order, refined by hand, and created with care. Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final once the design process has begun.

Before CAD Approval:
Orders can be canceled before CAD design finalization with a $200 design and administrative fee. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.

After CAD Approval:Once CAD design is approved, your piece enters production and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect order occurs, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Our team will assess and repair or remake your piece at no charge. See our Lifetime Warranty for details.

Buy-Back Promise:
Eligible customers can sell their piece back through our Buy-Back Promise at a guaranteed value.
