By using moisi.co, you agree to the following terms. All MOISI jewelry is made to order and handcrafted for each client. Once the CAD design is approved, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

 

Before CAD approval, cancellations are possible but subject to a $200 design and administrative fee. Any design changes after CAD approval are treated as new orders.

 

All MOISI products are sold in accordance with Canadian law. Purchases must be made directly through our website; unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.

 

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or policy at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
